Re Man acts as a harmonic key, washing away the heaviness of winter and realigning you with the geometry of the soul – the inner coherence that restores clarity, intuition, and inner self-sovereignty.
Through Re Man Celestial Communication and the full spectrum of Shakti Dance® practice – flowing asanas, standing exercises, free dance, deep relaxation, and still meditation – you will unravel tension, open energetic pathways, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
Like a seed preparing to sprout, you will feel supported to step into a new cycle with trust and vitality.
Celestial (cosmic) communication is a meditative practice within Shakti Dance®—the yoga of dance—and Kundalini Yoga, in which sound (mantra) and movements of the hands or body are combined into a conscious sequence. In this way, a bridge is created between the mind, body, and the wider cosmic intelligence—the mind calms, the nervous system balances, perception sharpens, and inner guidance becomes clearer.
It is a way of tuning into the universal rhythm, where we communicate not through words, but through vibration, sensation, and presence.

Sara Avtar, founder of the Shakti Dance® practice, is an international teacher, choreographer, singer, and trainer who integrates movement, mantra, and subtle-energy awareness. With decades of experience, she guides participants into embodied coherence, emotional balance, and soul-aligned presence through her unique synthesis of flowing asana, geometry-based movement, and Celestial Communication.
