of Shakti Dance and Kundalini Yoga.

In the 1st autumn semester, our theme will embody the aspects of the 5 elements,
bringing grounding, more relaxation, strength and clarity, as well as nurturing loving presence,
which strengthens us and anchors us in joy.

✨ About the Practice

Shakti Dance® – Yoga of Dance

Shakti is a Sanskrit word meaning power, energy, or life force. In yoga philosophy and Hindu traditions, it represents the divine creative energy present in all living beings and is the fundamental force for creation, movement, and transformation.

Shakti Dance® is a subtle practice that blends yoga, dance, and meditation into a conscious whole. It is based on yogic principles and expands them into movement that becomes meditation in motion. Through the flow of the body, conscious breathing, and fluid dance sequences, the divine feminine principle, creative energy, and joy of life awaken. It teaches us how to allow energy to move through the body smoothly, gently, and freely, while remaining centered.

 

Kundalini Yoga – Yoga of Consciousness

Kundalini is a Sanskrit word meaning “coiled” or “spiral” energy. In yoga tradition, it represents a dormant life force stored at the base of the spine, often symbolized as a coiled serpent. When awakened, this energy rises up the spine through the energy centers (chakras), activating consciousness, intuition, and spiritual power.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of consciousness. It is a powerful, transformative practice that, through kriyas (specific sets of exercises with a purpose), breathing techniques, mantras, and meditation, directly affects the nervous system, vitality, and inner awareness. Its purpose is to awaken the dormant life force – Kundalini energy – which manifests as intuition, clarity, and inner strength as it rises through the body. Kundalini Yoga teaches us how to live more awakened, consciously, and in alignment with our soul.

🔹 What to Expect

This is more than just a practice – it is a journey inward, through five elements, using movement, breath, mantra music, and meditation.

The program combines 30 years of experience in teaching dance and yoga with the wisdom of Shakti Dance® and Kundalini Yoga.

Classes alternate:

  • One week Shakti Dance® – conscious movement and breath in dance, relaxation, and meditation
  • The next week Kundalini Yoga – kriya (series of exercises with a specific purpose), relaxation, and meditation


This creates a natural rhythm that supports your inner development throughout the year.

Each element is a gift of life – from grounding to freedom, from playfulness to subtle realms, and within each resides the divine nectar of being yourself:

  • Earth – grounding, stability, strength, trust
  • Water – playfulness, spontaneity, creativity
  • Fire – transforming anger and frustration into creative power and maturity
  • Air – freedom of the heart, expression, playfulness, lightness
  • Ether – connection to silence, subtlety, the path of the soul


🔸 We start on October 1st with the element EARTH – a practice of grounding, inner strength, and clarity.

📅 Cycle Dates

Cycle 1: 12 sessions → October 1, 2025 – January 7, 2026
Cycle 2: 12 sessions → January 14 – April 8, 2026
Cycle 3: 8 sessions → April 15 – June 10, 2026

✨ How It Works

It’s best to start the cycle with us from the beginning, but you can join later – every step brings you into connection with your energy and inner growth.

Prior experience in dance or yoga is not required, but it is welcome, as it can deepen your experience.

Technical guidelines: It is important to have a computer with working speakers, so you can enjoy the mantra music being played, and a functioning camera. During the practice sessions, keeping your camera on is essential – so that we can see each other, I can give you feedback, and we can experiment with different forms of group interaction.

🌸 Special discount if paid by September 25, 2025: €200

Upon registration, you will receive an invoice that must be paid before your first session.

If you are unsure, you can attend a single trial session (€25) and then decide whether to continue with the full cycle. This amount will be deducted from the full cycle price.
