PATHOGENESIS

From the yogic point of view, pathogenesis is the search for the origin (genesis) of what creates pain, discomfort, illness (pathos). The Pathogenesis course addresses inherent pain in human existence, its cause, consequences and the way to healing.

For any kind of pain or suffering that can affect us, it is important to look at the source of our pain, because if we do not know its source, we are not in contact with reality and any measure we take towards healing is out of reality. The problem is not about being healthy or sick but how to enjoy whatever is and be grateful for it. Being neutral you fully live life with energy and enthusiasm regardless of the circumstances.
